EYE GLO Regular - For Tired Eyes

Since I work online, my eyes are totally drained and tired and very exposed to the computer monitor all day long. My mom always scolds me for I am taking my eyes for granted, which is very important to us, humans and all living things that has eyes.

That's then I started using correctional eyeglasses every time I work and I bought an anti-radiation LCD protector that cost around Php 1,400 for a 14 inches monitor size and I am not allowed to wash my face when I am from the computer.

And honestly, I am experiencing some blurry sights nowadays and I am really worried. So, me and my mom went to an ophthalmologist. Well, I feel much relieved when the ophthalmologist didn't prescribed me to wear a graded eyeglass yet. But, she recommended me a tablet medicine (I will make a different post about it, soon) to be taken daily and this, Eye Glo Regular for my tired eyes.

Eye Glo Regular costs only Php 52.50 in The Generics Pharmacy here in my area. Affordable, isn't it? The first time I used this, I feel the coldness in my eyes and I was told that I have to close my eyes for a minute. My eyes feel relaxed then.

My eyes feel cleansed right at that moment. It rinsed out the contaminants, also soothes the dry, gritty and burning sensation that accompanies my condition.

I work with computer all day long, but I make sure that rest my eyes once in a while. Also, my monitor is tilted to where it is, the radiation, not directly hitting my face/eyes.

Same here, I felt like my eyes are so dry some times from staring at the monitor all the time. That would be a great option to use .

oh, it is easy to get eye strain when in front of the computer, i should also remind myself to get my eyes rested every 30 minutes of computer use.

It's good that you went out to see an eye doctor right away. Don't abuse your eyes too much. I don't want you to end up like me. I am a complete invalid without my 1k graded spectacles. It's not inborn but caused by abusing my eyes too much when I was younger.

I went to an optometrist to check my eyes health too since I'm experiencing blurry vision sometimes. Cause: excessive computer usage. She advised me to rest my eyes 20 minutes after every hour of using the computer. I also make sure that I have an ambient amount of light in my work area. Eye drops like that really help.

resting your eyes once in a while will do the trick. :) I'm scared of eye drops because they also have negative effects. But whatever works for you. :D

I also work online most of the time and put on once in a while a correctional eyeglass. It is very important to take care of our eyes.
